We value customer satisfaction and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. in the event that your item arrives damaged we are happy to replace your item at no additional cost. photos may be requested to access the damage before your item is replaced.

we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless your item arrived damaged.

damaged items will be reviewed and if approved you will receive a refund or exchange of your purchase. if a refund is requested we will use the original payment method used.

all refunds, returns, and exchanges need to be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item. after 7 days your request will not be honored.
